OUR RETURN POLICY
PLANTS
Plants are only accepted for return or exchange when a plausible, intrinsic, documented fault can be found with the plant itself. If you change your mind, we cannot take the plant back. If a plant you've purchased from us begins to struggle or fail, please contact us immediately. We are fair; however, Mother Nature isn't (particularly in Chicago). We would rather work with you to bring the plant back to health or identify an alternative plant for your environment — we are not Home Depot. Success and sustainability are our number one goals!
PLANTS: SPECIAL ORDER
All pre-orders made by customer request are final sale upon payment (unless, as above, a plausible, intrinsic, documented fault can be found with the plant itself). Pre-ordered/pre-paid material can be held for up to two weeks following its arrival at our location, after which the material will be cleared without a refund. If you change your mind, we cannot return the material to our growers. If you are requesting delivery services and having a difficult time finding a suitable appointment, we will do our best to work with you.
NON-PERISHABLES, BAGGED GOODS & SUPPLIES
For all non-plant material, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund if the item is in new, unused and unopened condition within 30 days and with proof of purchase (printed receipt or customer account record).
